General description
L-(+)-亚油酸是人类和哺乳动物中唯一天然存在的乳酸。在商业上，少数细菌，如 干酪乳杆菌、 德氏乳杆菌、 乳酸链球菌 可通过发酵过程产生 L-乳酸。乳酸激活羟基羧酸受体，G-蛋白偶联受体81(GPR81)。
Application
亚油酸已可用于：
- 作为乳酸脱氢酶反应的底物溶液II的组分
- 作为存储溶液A中的添加剂
- 作为人工胃液制剂的补充物，用于评价 乳酸菌 对胃应激的抵抗程度
