Aervent® 气体和通风筒式过滤器和胶囊过滤器
在整个生物制造过程中，含有疏水膜的气体、通风口或空气过滤器被用作通风口，以保持加工罐和封闭系统中接近环境的压力。这些过滤器可防止偶然进入的微生物和产品气溶胶释放到环境中。

灭菌气体或通风过滤器选项
- Millipore Express® SPG（无菌γ射线）胶囊过滤器含有灭菌级疏水 0.2 μm 聚醚砜（PES）膜。
- Aervent®囊式和筒式过滤器含有灭菌级 0.2 μm 疏水性聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）膜，建议用于需要验证细菌和病毒截留能力的关键排气步骤。我们较小的 Aervent®-50 胶囊专为需要能够去除大于 0.2 µm 的颗粒和微生物的过滤器的小规模气体管路和空气排放应用而设计。
- Aerex®滤芯过滤器含有灭菌级 0.2 μm 聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE) 膜，是从潮湿气流中去除细菌和病毒的经济有效的选择。这些过滤器可通过高压灭菌器进行灭菌处理。
