无菌缓冲液过滤器
无堵塞流缓冲液的无菌过滤,我们推荐使用Millipore Express® SHF (无菌、大流量)过滤器或Millipore Express® PHF (工艺保护、大流量)过滤器。所有Millipore Express®囊式和滤芯式过滤器配有0.2 µm PES灭菌膜,兼具高渗透性、易润湿,且兼容完整性测试和广泛的化学品。
更高堵塞流的缓冲液过滤,Millipore Express® SHC (无菌、大容量)过滤器更为适合。这些过滤器 内置0.5 µm聚醚砜(PES)膜预滤器保护0.2 µm PES无菌膜,最大限度提高过滤能力。

减菌缓冲液过滤器
Milligard® PES 过滤器可用作减菌缓冲液过滤器。这款过滤器流速快、通过率高、易于润湿且通过完整性测试,并具有广泛的化学兼容性,是一种高成本效益无菌缓冲液过滤方案。
两种孔径可选,每种孔径都有不同的减菌等级:
- Milligard® PES 1.2/0.2 µm标称:按ASTM F838方法,一般可去除≥ 6 log的缺陷短波单孢菌
- Milligard® PES 1.2/0.45 µm:按ASTM D3863和F838方法,一般可去除≥ 6 log的粘质沙雷菌
