Millipore Express® SHC(无菌、高容量)滤器为细胞培养基的过滤提供了极高的过滤容量。集成的0.5 µm聚醚砜(PES)膜预滤器可保护0.2 µm PES灭菌膜,从而最大化滤器容量并提高过滤的可靠性。
- Millipore Express® SHC 滤器具有高通量特性,易于润湿和进行完整性测试,且具有广泛的化学兼容性。
- 大面积胶囊和滤芯规格在不增加占地面积的前提下,最大限度地提高了过滤效率。
用于细胞培养基的支原体去除滤器
Millipore Express® SHR 滤器(无菌、高截留)可实现≥ 7.0 log 的支原体去除率,并具备无菌级性能,适用于需要额外安全保障的上游工艺。0.1 µm 支原体截留 PES 膜兼具高通量与卓越的微生物截留能力。
针对更易堵塞的细胞培养基,我们的Millipore Express® SHRP滤器内置0.5 µm PES预滤器,可保护0.1 µm支原体截留膜,从而提高滤器容量并增强工艺的稳健性。
